scrubbing and crying,
ripping and screaming the blood that stains seems so real but the  curse, the madness the blood she scrubs will never fade

year long old enemiesyear long old enemies and how do i feel i take a look at myself and i do not feel anything it’s not that this emptiness has come to pass, just that it’s like this, maybe it just won’t last
a thousand miles away you said you won’t need me but i know the truth yeah, there’s some of it in everyone and maybe when the world does come to end maybe when we’re all in line for judgement of our sins i can look at you, i can stare in your eyes and say those things i said to the wind

out of the darkif fear is the heart of love then why is it the only time i'm really afraid is when i'm not with you

true beautythe most beautiful thing i've ever seen was a dying body naked and bleeding eyes stared up toward the moon no sun no light no life as the life drained from holes in the chest in breast and a million people converged obscuring the body obscuring the facts none were too impressed, looking like they expected more couldn't see the beauty couldn't see the life that once had been but there it was i saw it, and with one eye open i blinked it was gone and yet there disappeared to all but myself slowly the crowd dispersed onto their true beauty

DarkThe dark is down; having sidled up the east horizon, having picked her way building by building across the cityscape, she blushed and purpled over the last gold rays of evening, and she lays next to our quiet with a pink and amber gingerness, wanting very much to come in.
In a city way, she is estranged from the silence, bumbling and apologetic in her own home. We have dinners, clean-ups, dessert chats. All quiet and private in our houses, we go to bed, leaving the dark testing her hopeful smile against the windows.

so, more stuff's coming up soon enough...i've been writing a good bit lately...just short poems, so not much, but i've got a few bigger projects in the works, assuming i can find the time...
i've been writing quite a bit more lately, because i've not really been able to get into the darkroom as much as i'd like, predominantly due to a lack of money to pay for gas and the $5 an hour darkroom fee, but also because my current work schedule only allows me thursday and friday off(darkroom's closed on fridays), and i've got wayy too much to do in one day to spend 5 hours a night at the darkroom...
it's kind've a sad thing, i'm looking for a 2br/2ba apartment right now, so i'll have the space both to live, and to have a studio/darkroom setup....
we'll see.
anyway, keep your eyes open for those poems, and, who knows, maybe even a bit of short fiction.
